Returns and refunds

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in the condition received, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number and the items you would like to return.

Use our Contact Us form before sending anything back. Our products come from different supplier partners, so we will provide the correct return instructions and destination. Do not send returns to our business address without authorization.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available, so we can arrange the appropriate resolution with the supplier.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. Any applicable shipping charges or return conditions will be explained before you authorize a return.

Cancellation requests

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after a supplier begins fulfillment. If an order has already shipped, the return process applies.
